A Small But Luxurious 4 Star Self-Catering Studio Suite for Your Short Break in Cornwall

Our 4 star “Base4You” suite offers a small private apartment comprising of a luxury leather bedroom; a kitchen / diner; separate toilet and double wet room. It does not have a separate lounge.

“Base4You” is available for short breaks of any length, starting any day of the week and 365 days a year without seasonal rates.

With the freedom of your own kitchen/diner, you can eat out, get a take away, cook a meal for yourself…... The choice is yours!

We do not accept bookings for children / babies or pets so you can enjoy your time here in peace.

“Base4You” offers 4 star accommodation in Cornwall, for one couple or single visitor on holiday or for those on business. Free internet access is also included.

Optional Romantic Break Touches: 

Base4You comes normally without the “Romantic touches” of the full One4Two Romantic Break. Of course, if you want to “Romance” your partner, you can add your own One4Two Romantic Break package – ask Kathy for the details.

Facilities at Base4You

Bedroom:
Leather designer double bed, Luxury bedding (Duck and goose or hypo allergic if required). Dressing table, 2 leather seats, Flat screen Free view TV, DVD and CD & Ipod socket with full surround sound. Hair drier.

Wet-Room:
Double Size fully tiled wet room with a full body shower. Separate toilet.

Kitchen/Diner:
Fridge / Freezer, Microwave, Professional 4 ring Gas / Electric Cooker. Fully equipped. Round dining table with 2 leather chairs. Ground floor room but still gives a glimpse to the ocean. A second small wall mounted Freeview TV.

Breakfast:
A Continental Breakfast is in fridge for each day of your stay.     

Miscellaneous: 
Base4You is a ground floor suite with wide doors and level access. All Electricity and Central heating is included.

Please note there are no lounge facilities in this suite.
